Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2 business days of the order date, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Shipping Delays

Styled Thru Life works with established wholesale partners and has maintained a wholesale relationship since 2022. While we make every effort to fulfill orders promptly, supplier-related delays, inventory availability, customs processing, tariffs, and other supply chain disruptions may affect fulfillment and delivery times.

After an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's operations and estimated timelines. Styled Thru Life cannot control or guarantee delivery dates, carrier handling, service interruptions, or delays involving USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other shipping providers.

We appreciate your patience when circumstances beyond our control affect delivery. If your tracking information indicates a significant delay, please contact us so we can assist where possible.

Shipping Costs and Customs

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

Eligible clothing items may be requested for return within 10 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

To qualify for a return, merchandise must meet all of the following conditions:

• Unworn and unused.

• Unwashed and unstained.

• Free of damage, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, and other signs of use.

• Original tags attached and original condition maintained.

Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for return.

Final Sale and Exceptions

Unless a product listing or applicable law states otherwise, all sales are final once the 10-day return window has expired or merchandise fails to meet the return conditions.

We do not accept returns outside the stated policy simply because a customer changes their mind, orders the wrong size, or no longer wants an item.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

How to Request a Return

Before sending an item back, contact Styled Thru Life through the website's designated contact method with your order number and reason for the return. Items must not be shipped back without return instructions.

Return authorization does not guarantee a refund. Returned merchandise must be inspected to confirm that it meets the eligibility requirements.

Return Shipping

Unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless otherwise required by law.

Customers should retain proof of shipment and tracking information for their records.

Refund Processing

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review the matter and work toward an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.
